In the mad rush to take the right classes, get the right grades and apply to the right universities, it can be easy to let high school fly by. At BCS, we think it’s important to get good grades and choose a great college, but we also think high school students should engage life to the fullest.

With a rigorous college prep curriculum and teachers who have a passion for their subjects, our students get the kind of instruction that prepares them not only to do well on the SAT and get into college, but also to be lifelong learners. These four years are a time to learn as much as you can about the world while preparing to be part of that world, which is why service work is required, why Winter Term is a staple for every student, and why participation in a wide range of activities is encouraged. When our well-rounded students graduate, they scatter like seeds to all corners of the nation and even the world. Wherever they end up, we want these young adults to be able to think beyond themselves and to impact their communities for God’s kingdom.
